I was formerly an associate editor for the academic journal Public Health Nutrition, am current editor for Nutridate and Health & PE – Warringal publications aimed at high school students – and was acting editor for Cosmos online for four weeks from Sept-Oct 2019 and three weeks in March 2020.

I have provided extensive peer-review for academic journals and grant funding bodies, edited student publications, supervised higher degree research students, and examined four PhD theses – see below for details.
